Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion

We're committed to fostering a culture of belonging — rooted in inclusion — where every team member is valued and empowered to contribute authentically. By embracing our differences and working together, we pursue excellence, drive innovation and elevate performance, creating an environment where both our people and business can thrive.

Diversity and inclusion make us stronger

At Oshkosh Corporation, we're dedicated to building a culture of respect for all. Our commitment is grounded in our core value of always doing the right thing. We believe that when we are united, we are better together.

We recognize that each of us brings unique backgrounds, skills, experiences and knowledge, and value these differences because they make us stronger. Building a diverse and inclusive culture drives innovation and ensures we can continue to serve the everyday heroes who rely on our products for their critical, often dangerous, work.

Your perspectives and uniqueness matter

We’re building a culture that embraces individuality and values diverse experiences and perspectives.  We do this by promoting our positive People First culture and positioning Oshkosh as a destination employer for everyone. We foster partnerships with a variety of external organizations and support our internal Employee Business Resource Groups, so team members can engage with others who share similar interests to promote a culture of belonging.

Employee Business Resource Groups

Oshkosh is home to a number of Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) founded and led by team members. Our EBRGs are a critical part of our commitment to a more diverse and inclusive culture and allow our people to connect with other team members to foster a culture of belonging.
