Rotational Engineer program

Our Global Product Development Rotational Engineer program is structured to give recent engineering graduates a broad understanding of exciting opportunities available at Oshkosh Corporation as well as the training and development needed to succeed. The program is designed to develop young engineers and provide them with a foundation to be successful engineering leaders in the future. 

Program opportunities

As a new engineer, you will have an exciting opportunity to rotate through six four-month rotations during the first two years of your employment. What makes this program so unique? The path for each rotational engineer is different as we match you to rotations that reflect the needs of your individualized development plan as well as the current needs of the company. At Oshkosh, we want to grow our engineers and we offer this program to help build your product development, analysis and manufacturing skills.

You will have the opportunity to complete four rotational assignments within the areas of design engineering, sustainment engineering, or test and development and manufacturing support. You will also be given an opportunity to complete two elective rotations in functional areas of your choice to enhance your professional development.
